Easter Sunday isn't a public holiday, but it's one of New Zealand's restricted shop trading days. Easter Sunday is a restricted trading day, but small grocery shops (such as dairies and superettes) can open on Easter Sunday if they sell only food, drink, household and personal items people may need at any time, in quantities for the local area. Whether a Four Square qualifies depends on the store. Four Square hasn't published Easter Sunday 2027 opening hours that we could verify (checked 16 October 2026).
