Closed by law unless your council allows Easter Sunday trading

Easter Sunday is a restricted trading day, so shops like PAK'nSAVE must stay closed unless the local council has adopted an Easter Sunday shop trading policy that covers the store's area. Councils decide this district by district, so check with your council and your local store. Even where a store can open, it can't sell alcohol on Easter Sunday. PAK'nSAVE's own holiday-hours page also notes that alcohol can't be sold on Good Friday or Easter Sunday.

Tip: Opening hours can change. Check with your local PAK'nSAVE before you go. “Check local” means we couldn’t find an official, verifiable source yet.
